Armaan Kulma - Real Estate

Overview

We created a new interior concept and branding for YLVA's property Armaan Kulma in a prime location in the city center. The historic building was originally designed by the architect Armas Lindgren. The last tenants had moved out and the building had stood empty for a while. We created a new name, visual identity, graphics and interior concept. To show off the property's amazing potential and help with marketing, we made high-quality 3D visualisations and attractive layouts of the floors. The new concept is focused on preserving and respecting the beautiful conservated architecture, while bringing the spaces up to speed with modern needs. Armaan Kulma offers coworking spaces along with private office floors.
